To synchronize user information from Personio to premote, follow the steps below to obtain the API Client ID and Secret required to create the Personio integration.
Note: The contact person must have admin rights in the companies Personio account to complete this process.

Log in to Personio and navigate to: Marketplace → Connected Integrations → Create Custom Integration |

Enter the integration name (e.g., premote) and click Next to continue. |

Click on Configure Access Rights and grant read access to the necessary employee attributes. ✔ Select the relevant attributes required for Business Trips or Workations (depending on the use case) → see below. |

After completing the configuration, Personio will display the Client ID and Client Secret. 🔐 Copy and securely store both credentials in your password vault for later use. Click Finish to complete the setup. |
