Open the premote portal, which will take you directly to the self-service travel requests dashboard.
Select Business trip from the left-hand menu to start planning a business trip.
Choose your "From" country (typically your home country) and the "To" country you are traveling to.
Select the planned travel dates from the calendar.
Note: For some destinations, you must adhere to specific registration deadlines. Red markers on the calendar indicate that the deadline for the selected period has already passed. It is recommended to plan trips with enough lead time to meet all legal deadlines.
After selecting your dates, click Continue. A pop-up window will open where you can enter more details.
Reason for Travel: Select the reason for your business trip from the list (e.g., Maintenance/Repair, Customer Appointment, etc.). If you select a reason that requires registration, additional fields will appear.
Address Abroad: Enter the address of your workplace abroad (e.g., an office or work site).
Primary Mode of Transport: In some cases, you may be asked for your primary mode of transport. Select your primary mode of travel from the dropdown menu (Car, Train, Flight). This information is required for the travel agency.
Customer: If you indicated a reason that requires registration, you must enter the name and address of the customer you are visiting.
Contact Person: Provide the details of the contact person in the destination country, including their name, address, phone number, and email.
Important: Please note that in some countries, local authorities may contact the person directly. You may want to inform them of this possibility beforehand.
Once all required fields are filled, click Submit travel request.
Your request will be automatically forwarded to the responsible person (e.g., HR department or your manager).
You will receive a confirmation that your request is being processed.
As soon as the necessary documents (e.g., registration certificate, social security certificate) are available, they will be sent directly to your email address. You do not have to worry about this part of the process.
Under Your recent trips on the homepage, you will find an overview of all your requests.
Here, you can view the current status and, if needed, make changes as long as the request has not yet been approved. To do so, click on the three dots next to the specific trip.
